Welcome to the Fall 2021 Extra Tournament     Locations 09U, 11U & 13U Divisions Jack R. Hammett Sports Complex 2750 Fairview Rd Costa Mesa, CA 92626 10U, 12U & 14U Divisions Veterans Sports Park at Tustin Legacy 1645 Valencia Ave Tustin, CA 92782    Team Check-In All teams must check-in at the tournament site of their first match at least one hour prior to their first match.    At check-in, the team coach  must present: A copy of a Sports Connect system generated roster signed by the team's Regional Commissioner.  Player registration/medical release forms for each player. FOUR Sports Connect generated lineup cards.  AYSO ID cards for each player, coach and assistant coach.   Failure to comply with these requirements will be grounds for individual player or team ineligibility from participation in the tournament.
